Can I use the Go 2 while it's plugged in and charging?
No, you cannot use it while it's charging. -
Does the Go 2 have a safety lock?
The Go 2 does not feature a safety lock. To turn it on, you need to hold the power button continuously for 3 seconds. -

How long does the Go 2 take to charge?
A full charge should take approximately 5-6 hours on the charging base and 6-9 hours using a USB-C cable. -
I lost my cable, can I purchase a replacement from you?
The Go 2 uses a standard USB-C cable. While we don't sell it separately, you can use any USB-C cable you already have. -
Is it safe to leave the Go 2 in the charging base?
Yes, it's completely safe to leave the Go 2 in the charging dock. Once fully charged, the Go 2 will automatically stop charging, ensuring the battery remains undamaged. -
Is the battery on my cordless straightener replaceable?
