My Aberlite Go 2 isn't charging, what should I do?

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Attempt to charge directly using the USB-C cable without the charging base. If it charges this way, please contact us so we can send you a replacement charging base.
2. Verify the type of power adapter you're using. Ensure it is a fast charger that's at least 20W (see Anker).
